Our agency is excited to expand our business development team, and we’re looking for a driven and highly-organized Business Development Manager to join our team. This person will focus on selling in marketing scopes, with responsibilities including leading new client opportunities, managing RFP processes, and developing key materials.
The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Director of Business Development. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to work closely with K&P’s founders and leadership team.
— Vet inbound clients and conduct research on upcoming opportunities, industry landscapes, trends, new developments and launches, etc.
— Lead introductory calls with qualified potential clients who are looking for a marketing & media partner
— Manage pitch processes, including analyzing RFPs, briefing the internal team, managing creative support, driving client presentations, etc.
— Create credential decks and proposals
— Develop SOWs and manage negotiation/redline process
— Keep our business development pipeline up to date with all current opportunities
— Identify opportunities for new marketing leads
— Agency experience selling marketing & media scopes
— Hospitality/Lifestyle brand industry experience / knowledge
— Strong proficiency in deck creation (Keynote, Google Slides, Pitch, etc.)
— Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
— Must be a great collaborator and creative partner while being able to operate independently
— 4+ years of experience
— Proven track record of signing long term client relationships with hospitality groups
— Efficient with research

The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 – $125,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
