King & Partners is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising to lead marketing strategy and execution across a variety of industries including lifestyle, hospitality, and real estate. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and can confidently manage performance marketing campaigns from ideation to optimization.
This is a cross functional role that spans our creative, tech, analytics and marketing teams working closely with our clients on achieving their business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset who can craft and execute full-funnel digital strategies while working closely with our internal creative, tech, and analytics teams, as well as clients.
Experience with traditional media and out-of-home (OOH) is a plus but not required.
— Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads Manager) to drive growth and maximize ROAS.
— Manage campaign planning, setup, optimization, and reporting across all digital platforms.
— Work with clients and internal teams to translate business goals into measurable marketing tactics.
— Monitor daily budgets and campaign pacing, optimizing for performance and efficiency.
— Present strategy and performance insights to clients in a clear, compelling way using Keynote.
— Drive creative campaign development by collaborating closely with the internal creative team.
— Conduct audience and competitor research to uncover opportunities and optimize campaigns.
— Analyze campaign data to surface insights, trends, and actionable next steps.
— Collaborate with analytics to evaluate acquisition vs retention strategies and campaign impact.
— Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
— Contribute to marketing thought leadership across internal and external initiatives.
— 3+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads + Meta Ads required).
— Holistic strategy experience spanning both performance and brand marketing tactics.
— Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, and other paid social media platforms (Pinterest, LinkedIn) is ideal.
— Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
— Deep understanding of pixels, conversion tracking, and tagging best practices.
— Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
— Advanced proficiency with Keynote.
— Comfortable presenting and communicating with clients directly.
— Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
— Must be a great collaborator and creative partner.
— Should be able to work well independently.

The compensation range for this position is between $75,000 – $90,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
