The Marketing Strategy Director will work with an interesting and fun portfolio, including hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle brands, leading marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a multi-faceted leader who can combine creative thinking with strategic insight to craft marketing campaigns and media plans that resonate with the right target audience and deliver compelling results.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, and analytics, combined with experience in traditional media such as out-of-home (OOH) and print. The ideal candidate will have a holistic marketing approach and be excited to blend creativity with data-driven strategies that help our clients achieve their goals.
— Develop high-impact, data-driven SEM strategies and media plans with a focus on Google Ads for hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle clients, driving targeted customer acquisition, brand growth, and measurable ROAS.
— Lead and manage complex paid search and paid social campaigns to meet clients’ business and revenue goals, collaborating with creative and marketing cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand strategy.
— Execute, optimize, and scale multi-channel SEM campaigns that integrate paid search with other digital and out-of-home media, ensuring maximum reach, brand alignment, and performance.
— Build and manage multi-channel strategies that prioritize brand storytelling, ensuring brand consistency across channels.— Participate in new business pitches and play an integral role in business development and growth efforts for new marketing clients.
— Collaborate with creative teams on campaign planning, messaging, and customer insights, providing actionable feedback for compelling creative execution.
— Present strategic marketing plans and results to clients, leading Keynote presentations for both existing and prospective clients.
— Work with data analytics teams to develop deeper customer insights, using data to inform both acquisition and retention strategies.
— Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent client service and ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.
— Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in both digital and traditional marketing to ensure our brands remain cutting-edge and competitive.
— 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, with some expertise in hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle brands.
— Strong background in both brand and performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive customer growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
— Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Analytics, and programmatic advertising.
— Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build relationships, lead presentations, and foster client partnerships.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies clearly and effectively.
— Proficiency with Keynote.
— Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The compensation range for this position is between $100,000 – $150,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
