We are seeking an experienced Producer to lead all photo and video production efforts across our client portfolio, managing everything from editorial shoots to large-scale commercial productions with excellence and efficiency.
This person will sit on the creative team and report directly to K&P’s Leadership.
Candidate must be based out of New York City.
— Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of photo and video shoots—from concepting and pre-production through on-set execution, post-production, and final delivery.
— Scope, develop, and manage detailed production budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
— Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with photographers, directors, stylists, talent, production companies, editors, and other crew members.
— Work closely with our in-house creative and account teams to bring ideas to life and maintain a high level of creative execution.
— Handle location scouting, permitting, insurance, talent releases, and all other necessary production logistics.
— Serve as the key on-set point person to ensure smooth production days and effective communication between clients, creatives, and crew.
— Oversee post-production timelines, edits, color, sound, and delivery specs to ensure final content meets agency and client standards
— 7+ years of experience producing commercial photo and video shoots (agency or production company background preferred).
— Strong understanding of the creative and technical aspects of still and motion production.
— Proven ability to manage multiple productions at once, often under tight timelines.
— Comfort managing fast-turn, social-first content, as well as larger campaign shoots.
— Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
— Calm, solutions-oriented presence on-set and in client-facing situations.
— Strong network of vendors and freelance crew.
— Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury sectors is a plus.
— Experience working at a founder led company
— A strong eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to weigh in on treatments, casting, styling, and set design.

The compensation range for this position is between $130,000 – $150,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
