The Senior Account Manager is an enthusiastic, organized individual looking to hone their skills in project and account management. This person will work with our team and clients alike to deliver outstanding work. The ideal candidate is excited to build strong client connections, understands how to be an equal advocate for both internal project teams and clients, and has a demonstrated affinity for project management. In addition, we are looking for our future Senior Account Manager to primarily lead King & Partners’ real estate and hospitality projects, so a proven history of working in these respective industries would be preferable.
This person will ultimately report directly to our COO.
We strongly prefer this person to be based in New York City.
— Be driven, energetic, organized and full of great ideas.
— In collaboration with the Creative Lead, serving as the primary contact and face of K&P for assigned clients.
— Management of projects delivering branding, content, digital and eCommerce development.
— Create project plans and timelines, and partner with the tech team to develop detailed sprint plans for website builds and deployments.
— Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand the company’s processes, standards and approach to project delivery.
— Communicate strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis.
— Oversee the delivery of assigned client engagements and ensure clients are properly informed and satisfied with K&P’s approach to the execution of work. We expect this person to share items such as status reports, task lists, arising issues and meeting summaries as needed.
— Lead external client meetings and facilitate internal project status meetings.
— Track project budgets, lead resourcing and support the business development team in drafting project estimates, statements of work and project addendums.
— A minimum of 2 years working in an agency environment and overseeing project teams.
— Proven history working with luxury, real estate and/or hospitality brands.
— Excellent communication and presentation skills. You are expected to spark connections with clients.
— Adept with pivoting between strategic, big-picture thinking and needing to be tactical and executional.
— Proven history working with hospitality, lifestyle and real estate brands.
— Experience working cross-functional creative teams.
— Superior organizational and prioritization abilities.
— Able to balance expectations both with internal and external stakeholders.
— Possess a ‘get it done’ mentality and are excited to solve any sort of problem no matter the complexity.
— You are a passionate, self-motivated team player.
— Familiarity with WordPress, Keynote, Harvest and Asana is a plus.
— Experience working in a Founder-led agency.

The compensation range for this position is between $70,000 – $110,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
