The Senior Designer is a thoughtful, creative, and detail-obsessed designer who is passionate about building beautiful and strategic design solutions across brand identity and collateral. This person will work closely with creative leads to help bring brand identities to life across print, digital, packaging, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, an eye for detail and craft, and a deep appreciation for timeless, elevated design.
— Take brand identity systems and apply them across a variety of applications—print, digital, packaging, and more—creating beautiful and effective design solutions.
— Collaborate with creative leads, copywriters, strategists, and developers to bring ideas to life with consistency and quality.
— Deliver original ideas and contribute to the strategic thinking behind the work—not just design on the surface.
— Execute design work with a high level of craft, attention to detail, and brand integrity.
— Present work internally with confidence and clear rationale.
— Participate in client presentations and contribute to the storytelling around design solutions.
— Maintain working knowledge of print production to prepare and deliver files accurately.
— 2–3 years of experience in branding design, preferably in a creative agency environment.
— Strong foundation in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
— Experience translating brand strategy into visual identity systems and brand collateral.
— Ability to develop fresh and thoughtful design concepts from scratch.
— Working knowledge of print production processes and preparing final artwork.
— Experience in real estate, hospitality and lifestyle brands.

The compensation range for this position is between $75,000 – $90,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
