The Strategy Lead is an experienced brand and creative lead with a proven history of building brands and constantly delivering creative ideas across a wide range of brands.

Our ideal candidate is excited to work and  effectively partner with clients to deliver smart, thought-provoking strategies and insights from start to finish. They are thrilled with the idea of collaborating with other disciplines such as design, copywriting and account management to create high quality work and lead strategy presentations and conversations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop smart, effective strategies that ultimately align with client goals.
Partner with creative and technology team members to ensure K&P consistently delivers high quality work.
Lead strategy presentations across brand positioning, brand messaging, campaigns, social media, and digital.
— Oversee brand strategy for clients – always providing fresh ideas and initiatives to evolve client relationships. 
— Provide creative and actionable feedback across all K&P projects.
— Conduct competitive research and pull compelling insights from data, research, and observations. 
— Promote relevant cultural trends as a source of inspiration for the strategy team.
— Provide messaging and copy thought-starters for campaigns, brand messaging, etc. as needed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

— 5+ years of experience working as a brand strategist within a creative agency, particularly focused on brand building and transformation.
— Proven experience with strategic branding building across many industries. 
— Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
— Comfortable presenting and communicating with clients.
— Must be a great collaborator and creative partner while being able to operate independently.

COMPENSATION

The compensation range for this position is between $100,000 – $125,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
