King & Partners developed a strategy, positioning and brand identity that places emphasis on One High Line’s beautiful architecture, innovation and unrivaled location with a brand positioning of “Where the High Line Meets the Hudson River ”.
A warm confidence exudes from One High Line, with cream and green illustrations bringing nearby nature into the forefront of the brand’s identity. The campaign language is executed in a minimal style that seamlessly lives alongside alluring, considered renders and photography across both digital and print advertising, social media and website.
